Gush Shalom – a peace group that was founded in 1992 by Jewish and Arab Israelis and has always kept its unwavering stand even in times of crisis. Among other things, Gush Shalom demands an end of the occupation and the recognition of a Palestinian state in the territories occupied in 1967 with the capital in East-Jerusalem.
